John Sealey is the founder of Thriving Men Organisation. He is a proponent of Thriving Masculinity, an integrated approach to 21st-century masculinity – balancing sustainable personal achievement with enhanced collective responsibility.
John is passionate about offering a contemporary yet discreet method for improving the mental health of busy men and reducing stress in high-performance environments, ensuring they can take back control and thrive in life on their own terms.

With over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, and communications, John previously served as co-owner of a Forbes-ranked World’s Best Management Consultancy Firm.
Over the course of his career, he has advised numerous blue-chip organizations internationally, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lufthansa, Beiersdorf, Volkswagen, Porsche, Siemens, Chanel, Bosch Group (BSH), and Edeka.

 A convert to fitness, healthy living, and clean eating, he also loves international travel and is currently learning Portuguese. John lives with his partner in Hamburg, Germany.
